Japanese for “adventure,” Bōken showcases the passion and creativity of our head sushi chef, Chris Cantrel, who has created a menu featuring fresh Florida catch prepared with traditional, Japanese techniques, as well as American-style rolls made with cooked seafood.

Bōken is one of the only restaurants in Florida to offer this customized, luxury dining adventure, which borrows its name from the Japanese phrase meaning “I leave it up to you.” Allow Chef Cantrel to guide you on a one-of-a-kind tour of Japanese flavors, made more authentic through the use of ingredients sourced from Japan and cucumber sake infused in house.

Our exclusive Omakase 15-course experience is available on Saturday's with two seatings at 6:30 and 9pm. This is a curated evening at the "Chef's table". The price is $225++ per person with a maximum of 6 people. Reservation must be made 24 hours in advance, cancellations 72 hours in advance (cancellation fee might be applied).
